Margaret specializes in diagnoses associated with several mental health disorders including trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, negative body image, depression, grief and loss. Her approach is collaborative, person-centered and utilizes customized treatment plans to best suit the goals and needs of each client.

In her practice, Margaret takes a partnership approach, meets clients where they are at and works as a team. She aims to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can be heard, validated, and at times gently nudged, as they heal and grow.
